I didnt get on with them very well first time round - I just felt ill.
I've tried them again and I feel OK this time round - 80mcg a day in one go (2x40mcg)
I avoided taking them before weights or cardio this time and it's made a massive difference.
Everyone is different - if it's not working for you, knock it on the head. Try Eph instead if you feel you need some assistance.
