Clen vs 20 mins extra cardio

Question purely for reference at this stage .

Clen is listed as generally helping increase calorie expenditure around 5-8% but for lots of people comes with varied side effects .

Assuming there is enough time in the day , would the same effect be yielded from another 20 mins SS cardio (on top of whatever the normal cardio/weights routine was) .SS cardio at low intesity .


Does Clen specifically increase the burning of fat , ie that 5-8% increase in calorie use is mostly from fat or just a general increase on overall calories.

Not planning to use it on current cut but I am just looking to increase my own knowledge for future reference and try weigh the value against the sides .

    i dont think specifically targets fat stores, i could be wrong just burning overall calories

    tbh i would favour cardio over fat burning type drugs.

    I would always just do more cardio.

    Clen I find is a bad drug, I do not react to it very verl well at all, end up shaking like mad for hours even with one tab.

    Till death do us train.

    If you get on with clen, then use it!

    Anti-catabolic etc.

    Best combo is clen+ the extra 20 mins cardio tbh

    Well I had to answer the question of whether I got on with Clen before deciding . So added Clen to cut .

    For me I get on with Clen better than ECA . Very few shakes at 7 tabs and not same weird feeling I get on ECA .

    So for me it will now be Clen plus the extra 20 mins cardio for last push .







    Given enough coffee, I could rule the world !
