Clenbuterol for women

Is this a good fatburner for women?

If so, what kind of cycle should I be looking at and what should it be used with?

Thanks,

Mel x

Works well for both men & women. Standard 2 weeks on - 2 weeks off apply. You can run an eca stack in the "off" weeks. 12 weeks in total. My better half has used it often with good results, she has a fairly high tolerance level to it and gets up to 6 tabs a day (she could go 1 tab higher, but I've advised against it).

Start at one tab on day 1 and increase by one tab every day upto a max of 6 tabs or until sides become unbearable (drop down one tab in this case and stay at this level for the rest of the two weeks). No need to taper down.

Also, on the second and third set of two weeks, starting dose can be higher than one tab (depending on where you finished).

Also when increasing your dosages you need to split them approx 6 hours apart.

I.E. when you increase to two tabs etc like this:

    8 am 2 pm
    Day 2 1 tab 1 tab
    Day 3 2 tabs 1 tab
    Day 4 2 tabs 2 tabs

etc and so forth until you reach your limit.

Like Party Boy says, it is good to cycle an e/c/a stack on your two weeks off and you will get some really good results if your cardio and diet are spot on.

I havent heard about the split timings before. Is this a must? I thought Clen had a long half life so you dont have to worry when you take it? Doesnt it have some insomnia qualities as well?
Can you take Ephedrine with Clen, or is it recommended to keep them appart?
Sorry about million and one q's!!

    Does that mean
day 2 1 tab at 8am and another at 2pm
    day 3 2 tabs at 8am and another 2 at 2pm

when you are at 6 tabs do you then go 3 and 3??

On day 3 you will be on 3 tabs therefore you could take 2 in the morning and then 1 in the early afternoon.

It is not necessary to split them though as clen has a very long half life so necking them all in the morning together is fine.

Sorry just personal experience there - found I could handle it better with splitting the dose.

    Each to their own tho
