Started at 30mg and tapered up to 120mg, took with Taurine daily too. 2 weeks on/off, Clen taken in the AM after my workout as read it can play up if taken before a workout.

Gotta say I didn't really feel any different as such and certainly not noticed fat loss.

i just started another cycle, but now im also  useing clen 40 mcg a day,  is this ok while im dieting and doing a cycle with it, and will this help burn fat,   thanks for any help my friends.

the last thing i wanted was to go on clenbuterol, seems like this is the only way! i weight over 14 stones and sick of it! what brands are best? anyone able to tell me?

looking for those with experience running a up taper of dosage for 8-10 week without a break. Starting off at 40mcg the tapering up to 160mcg with the increase in dosage coming every two week. 
 
In theory the tapering up of the dosage negates the need to take the 2 week on 2 week off approach.

Hi All,
 
Please can someone give me some advice...I have an op on the 5th April and am on the 5th day of my first week of Clen (just up'd my dose to 80 mcg today). My cycle is due to end on the 25th, will it be out of my system before I have anesthetic on the 5th and if not should I advise the consultant?

I know that isn't a 'good 2 weeks' but I am not planning on upping my dose anymore. Sorry very new to this!

Can anyone give me the heads up regarding Wildcat clen please?
 
I have been using it 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off and am just about to start my next cycle (second one this year).
 
I have been using 4 tabs taken first thing in the morning. That's 200mcg. However by the end of the first cycle I am not really noticing that I've taken anything.
 
I believe that 200mcg is considered a fairly high dose, and I am not monstrously large. So I am guessing it's a bit under-dosed. On that basis should I go a little higher?
 
Thoughts appreciated.

Maybe cardio and diet.
Why the hell would you be taking 200mcg anyway?
And pharma stuff is easily available.

Most things I've read about Clenbuterol say that T3 is good to take with it, would the results be that much different or am i better off just starting with just Clen?

This would be my first time using Clen, I'm female and my goal is fat loss...

I do cardio 3 times a week and weight 4 times a week, I've recently started a keto diet...
The impression I got was that T3 is somehow better than clen but can waste muscle - so clen is taken to avoid muscle loss (if that's incorrect sorry but I am totally new to it all!)

I have only ever tried sarms but not strong enough for my liking to be honest - ok fat loss but no way of telling if that was thanks to the sarms or just my workout on its own...

Also are there any recommendations of the most reliable 'supplier review' sites (sorry if i cant ask that?!)

Clen is powerful.
T3 etc is a waste for most.

Ok no worries...

I've been training for 3 years now, not trying to get like a bodybuilder or anything but don't want to take anything that loses any muscle that I do have... I'm 133 pounds and my scales show 28% BF (I know they're not accurate) But I've been trying to get my BF% down from 28 for about 4 months now and it seems no matter what I change (diet/workout) it's not shifting...

I know being a woman i have to start a clen dose at 20mcg then increase to my limit and thought of taking T3 at about 30mcg to be safe but if youre saying its pointless then i guess its not worth the risk at all!?

If I take Clen on its own then would you say I'm ok to increase by 20mcg every two days till my limit (2 weeks on 2 off) and would i need to decrease before the end of the 2 weeks or can i just stop at 80 for example?

I don't see the point in running clen beyond 60mg for a large male.

No, to be honest, if you can't lose weight 8n 4 months then you are doing something wrong, so drugs would be a waste of time. Harsh, but true.

If you can't lose a single pound with "diet and trading" then you don't know how to do one or the other.

Looking to PEDs for the magic fix is not the way to go

ok understood... I lose weight but not BF, I don't want to lose anymore 'weight' but want to get my BF down - feels like I'm just losing muscle then gaining it back through workouts somehow rather than getting rid of the fat I want to strip down... One trainer I spoke to at the gym said I've hit a plateau hence why I've tried adjusting my diet/workout routine etc.. I know it's easy for me to say I've got my diet/workout on point without anyone seeing for themselves but I have checked with PT's and they are saying I've got it all right so are just suggesting the same old "try changing your diet or workout"
I've done a keto diet before which worked wonders getting my BF down and did it again two months ago but not as good results and am now trying keto again. I've tried doing more/less cardio different weights/sets etc I feel like i've tried everything I can?

If you don't recommend trying Clen what would you suggest I try/change in what I'm doing?

Well think about that statement and where it comes from
Just because someone is a PT doesn't mean they actually know what they're talking about.

So let me put it simply.
If your diet and training were correct you would get the results you want.

You are not. So they are not.
There is no "one size fits all"
If you are losing muscle then your diet or training are wrong. If not both.
It's that simple.

Like anything in life, if it isn't working it is by definition not right.
Think of it as tools for a job.
The tools may be sound on paper, yup, good quality.
But using a spanner to unscrew something just won't succeed.

Nothing wrong with the spanner. Just not fit for purpose

I see what you mean so it might work on most of their clients but not necessarily for me...so what would you say is the right diet/workout because I still feel like I have tried everything and other than taking clen to give me the boost I may need I don't know what else to try?
Sorry for all the questions I just want something to help me achieve my goals and I've read that Keto along with cardio/weight training is right for clen to get good results...otherwise in my opinion what's the point in any steroids if they're not to help people achieve their goals like in this situation?
