I don't see the point in running clen beyond 60mg for a large male.

No, to be honest, if you can't lose weight 8n 4 months then you are doing something wrong, so drugs would be a waste of time. Harsh, but true.

If you can't lose a single pound with "diet and trading" then you don't know how to do one or the other.

Looking to PEDs for the magic fix is not the way to go
I would avoid

I agree entirely. My advice is keep it simple. Record everything you eat and drink for a week, average the kcalories, subtract 200kcals per day. Stick to that for 2-4 weeks, no loss subtract another 100 per day. There is no magic diet, only more comfortable ways.

Using clen and T3 at this point would in my opinion be a waste of money, side effects and destroying your drug free status. You may never compete but to chuck it away needlessly doesn't make sense. Quite a few women close doors by taking a few pills during a fat loss effort. Muscle loss is inevitable with fat loss, good nutrition and good training help minimise the reduction.

By the way don't rely on the BF scales, mine told me my BF increased during competition weight loss. It read me at 24% in my avatar condition.

Hi
Running third day of clen, started the dosage of 10mcg on Sunday, today I went for 30 and planning to go for 40 tomorrow. What I have notice is that after even 10mcg I got shakes and all the sides. I don't know if im just very sensitive or its normal thing. Anyone experience with clen can advise?

Cheers

P.

Stick to albuterol or salbutamol myself, basically a short acting clen.
