Clicking joints...help!

I've recently noticed that my shoulders click when I rotate them in a circular motion, along with my elbows when I bend them in exercises such as press-ups etc...

Is there anything I can take which will be effective at eliminating these at all? They are slightly disconcerting!!

Any help would be great! Thanks.

MSM or glucosamine along with a good intake of omega 3 is your best bet.

It is painful? Does it effect your performance?

If not, then there may be no problem. Joints click, evolution hasn't got them 100% perfect yet

Only over the last few days. Weird, so intermittent.

    Any ideas?

My advice is to get to the bottom of why the shoulder is clicking to the point where it causes trouble.

Taking a supplement is like (dare I say it) sticking your finger in the dyke*, you are just temporarily plastering over the problem and not getting to the root of it.
