Close grip bench when chest aching?
Its triceps day for me and I was thinking about doing some close grip bench. I wondering is there much point in doing these if my chest is still aching from when I did chest. I know close grip is a triceps exercise but the chest assists in it and I would obviously want to get the most out of it.
Any opinons welcome
