Clothes that make you Cool?

Are there such things as t-shirts you can wear in the gym that keep you cooler than a standard cotton tee?

Cheers.

I hear 50 cent has some pretty cool clothes.

In order to be a veteran you gotta be a beginner first.

I would think any sportswear shop should have t-shirts with such breathable type material. I had one from Marks that was great. They are often sold as runner's t-shirts.

train naked? sorry, coldn't resist, joking aside the really cheap Primark muscle vests are so thin and 'open/loose' that they look good and keep you cool. and shorts!

I don't think I am ready for vests in public.

Will look into the dry fit ones.

Is it best to get them tight or with some room between your skin and the shirt?

you need a whicking(sp?) t-shirt, they hardly get damp....i remember when i used to train in cotton T's and i could never go back (esp when its really hot and when i sweat **** loads, the cotton T would get damp and heavy )

Personally i would highly recommended RonHill T's and bottoms (be it tracksters or shorts). Check out wiggle e-bay or any decent sports shop (not the commercial BS ones lol)

    Regards,

Think nike do regular fit tshirts but they are made from an ultra thin material........clima cool....or therma cool or sommin its called...only got one but its excellant in the gym, like having nothing on at all just enough to catch the sweat.
