Coke Zero/ Splenda / Weight Loss

Anytime you see someone ask about splenda or coke zero, people always say "Water is better"

Yes, of course, but is there any proof that splenda can make you put on weight?

Ive been losing a ton, but curious if i could lose more

aside from the minimal sodium content and any related water retention, splenda is good to go right?

cheers

Good in terms of what though? ? ?

Better than sugar? ? ? If calories are your problem, then possibly so.

its ok but chemicals are chemicals at the end of the day. Coke zero is not pure splenda BTW its a mix of aspartame and splenda, artificial sweeteners have been linked to binges as well. I cant have too many of them as they make me feel ill. if you have a can a day then ok but dont use it as your primary source of fluid intake

primary fluids are milk and water, use the coke as a treat, good to go as in caloric content

run some searches on cravings/hunger and sweeteners
look at phosphoric acid and tooth erosion
    look at citric acid

few things to get you started
