Does anyone think my legs over shadow my top half as they are what people comment on,not that i mind[:p] i got alot of feed back from people at the show telling me i should of placed higher which is nice to hear,as for going for the ripped look at colchester fair enough but is that all they look for? maybe i should stop sqatting and come in "ripped" next year. thanks to you lot for your comments makes it seem worth getting under that bar for another set of squats,by the way roger found a new gym, complete health and fitness near braintree if you fancey a xmas workout[:p]

catmeatchunks... its good that you ask for honest opinions.
let me tell you that you have a fantastic pair of legs, so don't stop training em bro.. you know what im gona say next ?? if you can add another 8-10lbs to your torso, you'll have a pretty potent package that is difficult to beat mate.. as for the ripped look,, you dont exactly look out of shape bro, infact you look in great shape..
you have a cracking physique bro, and adding a few more quality pounds to your upper body, would make it even better mate..

Thanks for that vascular,i train everything the same so i guess its just a qestion of keep going? here is my workouts which i have done for the past 2 years,i have replaced leg curls with stiffs, flys with dips since the show,i train 3 times a week days my vary due to work but not much about 40 mins a time,
legs, squats, stiff leg dl, calfs
    chest&arms, flat bench,incline bench,dips,curls,pushdowns
    back&shoulders, barbell row,barbell shrugs,pulldowns,shoulder press,side raises
All for 3 sets heavy weight 3-6 reps, calfs 15-25 reps, some leg days might do 20 rep squats,if i get sore elbows i will have a high rep week which might be 3-4 times a year,i always increase weight or reps on most movements each week i write all workouts down as i train.
Diet i have a pretty manual job so i eat anything i want good and bad
dont no the break down but high everything, have increased carbs since the show to try and gain more next year.
Any more comments what ever they are would be welcome[:X]

    Catmeat...

First I'm certainly no expert.. but just from the pics I've seen posted here.. I'd say you have a great physique.. particularly your quads and lats.. IMHO.. to balance yourself up a bit.. you need to bring up your upper body (chest, arms, shoulders - in that order). and calves. Again.. this is just my personal opinion, that of someone that appreciates the physique of a bodybuilder but is certainly not up to date with what modern judges look for.
