Coming off an injury
After having foot and back problems my physio has given me the all clear to begin lifting again
I will be taking things easy on the intensity so I can just gradually build myself up. I workout at home and have no way to do dips or pullups, hence why they are absent!
All exercises are 3x6-8 unless stated otherwise.
Incline DB Press
Close Grip Bench
Hamstring Curls <--- Thinking of dropping these as I'm not a huge fan of doing this on my bench at home plus the 1st 3 exercises all hit the hams
Calf Raises 3x 12-15
Seated Military Press
Rear Lateral Raises
