You just have to keep monitoring and adjusting. The calculators can never be precise, and we'll burn different calories every day. Use them as a guide and start there. If your weight isn't changing add or subtract 2-500 (depending on the direction you want your weight to go in), see how that goes for a couple of weeks, then adjust again if need be.
