Concerned about bulking cals being too high

Hi,

I'm 84kg, 5ft10, 24 y/o and have just finished a cut down to 12% body fat.
I've just started a cycle of LGD4033, Cardarine and 300mg Test E per week. They obviously haven't reached efficacious blood levels yet but I feel like my appetite is ridiculous.
I'm easily eating 3500 cals and still being hungry every day; I've tried many different calculations for my TDEE and I'm unsure of what I should be going for. I don't want too much as I'd hate to pack on the fat again, I want to keep this minimal.

This is my first sted cycle but have been on SARMs previously. My workouts are at least 80 mins long and are brutally hard, working past failure and really breaking a sweat. Lots of supersets.

What do you recommend?

You just have to keep monitoring and adjusting. The calculators can never be precise, and we'll burn different calories every day. Use them as a guide and start there. If your weight isn't changing add or subtract 2-500 (depending on the direction you want your weight to go in), see how that goes for a couple of weeks, then adjust again if need be.

Being on this cycle, what should I expect as a weekly weight gain that is more indicative of muscle rather than fat? Of course I understand that water retention will come but I believe that should level out.

Impossible to say TBH but personally I find once I'm a month in and most water/bloat weight has piled on I tend to look at monthly increases as a more realistic assessment than weekly. You simply won't put on enough lean mass in a week to notice significantly...more than a alb or so is likely water and fat, but weight can easily fluctuate by a lb or so too. I tend to look at the trend over a month and when I stagnate for a couple of weeks I up things again

I've noticed the endless alternative online bulking calorie/macro calculators seem to spit out wildly different numbers.  I've been given anything from 2500 calories to 4000.

Which just goes to show, everyone is different, hard and fast rules don't apply.

How does that stack work for you? I'm doing 500mg test next cycle and I'm tempted to front load 10mg LGD for the first month. My advice is to drop the Cardarine and save it for PCT or if your body fat gets too high mid cycle. I found 20mg Cardarine is great.

This is a case of diet > drugs (sorry drugs)

I'm a hard gainer so naturally I don't put on weight easy. I did my first SARM cycle and it went amazing. 75kg to 84.5kg I was eating 4300 Cal's most days. I used fitness Pal app to count, I made loads of shakes with oats and peanut butter.

My body fat only went up 2% which was great

I cycled LGD 4033 10mg and 25mg mk677. Naturally you'd get alot more fat eating that. However my food intake was very good no crap all home made unprocessed foods.

The hard bit is coming off and sticking it through.
