Upon finding out that my previous routine was a bit of a mess!!
I have been trying to find something that will suit me both in nutrition and training. My eventual goal is to have a athletic looking physique, say like a rugby league player. Im just confused on which way to go about this, do I build mass or do I adopt more of a cutting regime. Im 6.0' and just under 13 stone, I have fat to shift but I obviously want to build muscle too. Im looking for a complete fresh start so if anyone can post a simple (ish) diet and exercise plan for me to follow it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
