Consuming whey....following day?

May seem like a bit of a novice question but for years I've prepped my supplements the night before for work etc and consumed the following day and never had any problems
But after recently purchasing GoNutriton Whey80 and reading on the back it says consume straight away?

Does this have any effect by leaving in the fridge over night? I never thought it would also I'm adding a scoop of the stuff to a CNP pro mass shake mid day just to boost the protein content up is this ok too?

Cheers fellas

Don't worry about it. You keep it chilled.

Why do you need to prepare a shake since it only takes 30 seconds or so to shake?

Once you've rehydrated whey powder you should treat as a fresh dairy product ie: milk. But in a fridge overnight is fine. Although unflavoured whey + water is hideous if left to stand for any length of time.

Because I'm limited to how many items I'm allowed to bring to work containers bags etc I don't have a locker or drive to work so no storage space either is that ok?

Also I blend oats and other ingredients into my mid day shake so it's not a case of a 30 second shake with a hand and done

Supplement Silo or Smart Shaker would be preferable, I don't like shakes that are not consumed there and then.

The supplement silo (same as a 'power tower') are great. I got a few free over the years with orders and had the burj Khalifa of protein storage

They say this more for the look of the product than anything else. It separates so just give it another good shake up.

As WS said once its done treat like like an open dairy product

with oats i find it can thicken too much if left in liquid. but yeah, it is fine.

With the smart shaker, I've used the middle compartment from a spare smart shaker to add more compartments to my main shaker and therefore carry more powder at once.
