Contest prep advice, feeling ill 7 weeks 2 days out!
First of all, i'd like to say hello everyone!
I've been having a couple of issues recently as i'm currently prepping for a show 7 weeks and 2 days away, and would like your advice.
I've been in my contest prep for around 3 weeks now and have been feeling great, probably due to the fact i have a great coach who has done prep for a-lot of pro's (won't say his name as i don't like to name drop).
Today i went to the gym to hit my shoulders, normally smash them out, high intensity, strong reps and feel good when i leave....how-ever....today that was not the case. During my session i felt light-headed, and i thought it was due to tired-ness and obviously slightly low carbs, so i carried on. Then it felt like my head was going to explode and i was going to pass out, at this point i knew that my health came first over everything, and i left the gym and have decided to turn it into a rest day. Has anyone else had this problem before as i'm feeling worried about it? I'm also very tired and feel fatigued even after a good sleep.

Just turned 20 years old
