Controlled Labs - Green Magnitude

Hey all,

just wanted to know the views on this poduct by those who have used it. I rememebr reading in Icemansoldiers review that he prefered this to Gaspari SizeOn. Price wise it seems a heck of a lot cheaper. I havnt used a creatine product for a while. Used mono before, didnt feel much of an effect and couldnt handle the stomach bloat. So planning on giving this a bash.

anyways, how would you rate this product and what were your outcomes in relation to size and strength.

cheers fellas.

Very close to SizeOn in terms of performance with regards to branded creatine blends, best valued one out there as well IIRC

Some homemade mixes can be much more effective though

Isn't much cheaper than SizeOn and to be honest, you cant go wrong with Gaspari

To be fair when i ran size on it was after pct so strength gains wouldnt of been as good as they should of been possibly, i must give it another go sometime.

Regarding green mag its not as cheap as mono but i agree with alex when he says it the best creatine blend about at a good price, £35ish for 80 days, 43p a day not bad. Size on £38 for 30 day supply, no thanks.

In 88 days ( my tub lasted longer :D ) i gained 12kg  on my bench and bb shoulder press.

Heres my review, its on page 6 - http://www.muscletalk.c...ING-Log-m3005158-p6.aspx

As everyone's different in what they respond to (mono, cee, kre, creapure etc..) I've always found it can sometimes be better to go on something like myprotein and either get mixed up or buy the ingredients seperately that you respond to and then add in a few of the ones that are found in something like green mag.

Mixture of CEE, taurin, tyrosine, citruline malate and maybe some beta with a little carbs in there works well
