Conundrum Just A Week In

Well, I am just over a week into my cycle 750mg test e ew and 500 mg EQ ew and biceps tendonitis is flaring up again, so cannot train arms back and shoulders. Can still train legs (which need extra attention quite frankly), chest, triceps and core trunk. Question is should I come off or stay on? Would switching from EQ to deca help the tendonititis at all?

Age 43, 6 ft 1 in,100 kg.....just getting back into it after my son was born a couple of weeks ago. Need to lose the BF that has built up.

Well I would say come off, but I had ligament damage and never came off, I just couldnt do biceps at all for 12 weeks or triceps, but strapped up I could still bench heavy, chin heavy

Probably not best thing as specialist said 10 weeks no weights at all, then only upto 40% of my bodyweight for further 4 weeks

I should have listened but UI worked around it with no problems however if happened again I probably would rest it :)

Yeah, I hear you Danny, head is saying come off, but bloody been looking forward to getting back on quite frankly. Might see if I can train hard enough without the arms and see how I go. Not worried about the coin as I am well stocked up, but just a bit gutted. Wondering if adding a little GH might help the arms....

Deca helped when I had tendinitis. So maybe worth a go and some 600mg ibuprofen a couple times a day

I got 20ml deca arrived today, so am going t switch EQ to deca and see how I get on then. Don't want to come off unless I really have to. Need to watch the arms though as doc said I could make it a lot worse if I train through the pain.

I have serious pains in forearms like shin splints in arms

I see sports therapist but still nothing changed, hard to train biceps heavy or grip a BB or EZ bar at all

    Dumbells seem okb though

Thats what I have but in the joint where the bicep meets the brachialis, get pain when I pull weight, but eases off after they warm up. But, doc told me 12 weeks off to recover! Good bye biceps
