Cooked breakfast

Is there anyway i can heave a "healthy" cooked english breakfast??

    sure.

    grilled mushrooms, tomatoes. scrambled eggs. turkey bacon. slice of wholemeal toast or 2. nothing wrong with it at all.

    still very fatty.

    depends on your goals. if you're bulking then it might be fine.

    sausages are almost always full of rubbish.

    I only recently discovered turkey bacon. Its great stuff. 5g of protein per slice iirc.

    I cook a load in one go and scoff on them wheneverI feel peckish.
