Could someone have a look at my diet please?

Pretty new to this forum, although I've been reading posts for a while I haven't posted. I was hoping someone could have a look at my diet for me.
I'm not on any specific bulk or cut diet, I train three times a week, push, pull and legs and have been training about a year properly. I'm 36 now. I'm just starting using Activate/Lean Xtreme for a month more out of curiosity than for for any other reason, but I'm also giving up booze for a month and hope to lose a bit of the belly!
I'm 5ft7 and weigh 11st7, body fat on my home scales is around 18% Don't know haw accurate they are though.
Anyway, my diet is as follows:-
06:30 Cup of tea
07:30 Protein shake with 50g oats with skimmed milk
10:00 Cup of tea
12:00 Wholemeal bread sandwich/pitta with tuna or chicken and salad. Or beans on wholemeal toast with a coffee if I can get home for lunch.
16:00 Cup of tea
18:00 Evening meal will be either pasta, rice, noodles or some sort of meat with veg and potatoes. Basically a normal family meal.
21:00 Protein shake after training on training days only. (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
22:00 Evening snack of some pistachio nuts
22:30 - 23:00 Bed
At various points throughout the day I will eat some fruit as a snack, usually a banana, an apple and a nectarine.
I've listed my cups of tea as do have two sugars, but at least no biscuits! I drink mostly water though out the day, maybe a pint of sugar free squash.
What does that lot look like?
