Couple of Deadlift Queries

Have been training on and off for 6+years now, but been out 7 months getting over shoulder operation.
Im back training now and do Deadlifts as part of my back day.

1) Is doing deadlifts 4th a bad idea?
I do Assisted Chins, Cable Row, BB Row then DEADS, then finish with couple of sets of DB shrugs

2) Is 3x10 a bit high in terms of reps for deads, i must admit im finding them taxing at this rep range despite only usualing 110kg currently.

Just to note iam traingin for size not strenth.

Im not training all out at present as like i sa only still in first month back traiing.

Cheers

Hey rodger, well i dont think it will do you any harm doing them 4th, i do bill stars 5x5 workout and do the deads 3rd on wed. so i wouldnt have thought doing them 4th would make a diff, you could try doing 5x5 if you find 3x10 abit demanding you could probs use more weight doing it like that to

    Hi Dride,

Yeah am finding them a bit demanding but its as much grip and just getting technique back that i think im suffering from as well as lack of strength!!

I may well lower reps a bit in time, i just wonder if 5x5 is a bit strength orientated  though????
