Cowboy's First Cycle

started my first cycle today at 200mg/week of EQ w/ 50 mg/eod of Winny.

Current stats:
Age: 19
Height 5'10
weight: 154lbs
Bodyfat: about 7%
Arms: 13 1/2" both sides givre or take 1/8 inch

Will keep posted on weight and strength gains

    How long are you running the cycle for mate? What's your routine/split look like?

    10 weeks straight through

    First two week sI train
    Mon Chest
    Tues Back
    Wed Legs
    Thurs Arms
    Fri Shoulder
    Sat-Sun Rest

    from then on its two on one off with day one being Chest/Tri, then Back/Bis, off, Legs/Shoulders,Traps, Chest/Tri and so on

    Im on day four, notice some small strength gains , maybe a placebo effect tho Im not sure

    Bit too early for the EQ to be kicking in, especially as you have a low dose. But the winny may be giving you something. Give it a few more weeks and things should start moving along nicely.

    The routine you are switching to doesn't give you much rest for each muscle before you train it again. If you are doing a 3 day split I would do it over a week rather than 5 days TBH.

    Im on day six now ,definitely feel more vascularity, some strength increase, nothing changed i weight though.

    I changed my split to a two on one of method.

    Chest/Tri
    Back Bi
    Off
    Shoulders
    Legs
    Off
    Repeat

    Any suggestions on a good mass building routine for Bi's, My Tri's respond well and grow but Bi's are def lacking.

    Been training seriously for about a year, on ande off for about two yeas. This is the first season in 5 I havnt played football So I used to train on a day to day basis with the team and my coach. Weight training and bodybuilding came as a natural progression for me

    Today is day 8

    seem to have gained approx 2-3 lbs, dont knwo f its water or muscle, Strength is definitely increasing.

    Measurements are the same althouh I never took an initial measurement of my chest amnd it seems to be much fuller and harder

    Weight are as follows

    Bench 85lb dumbell for 4 reps max
    Closegrip Pulldown 165lbs for 10 reps
    Legs Press has yet to be tested as well as Squats,
    Deadlifts are struggling as I am new to them at 135 lbs 3x12, could have pushed myself more on them

    i personally find it hard to understand why at 13.5" arms and a 135lbs deadlift you feel it is necessary to do a cycle in order to improve your physique.
    It's your choice though, so good luck and I hope it works for you.

    This is my first cycle, I have been at a plateau as far as weight and streength goes for some time, Its more of an experioment for me to see how my body is effected by the AS,

    I figure with this "push" over my plateau it mighty help along the way a bit

    This is week three now,

    Have seen an amazing gain in strenght and muscle vascularity
    Missed a jab this week so doubled the dosage on the repeat day and all seems well. My appetite cannot be satisfied, I've heard this if from the EQ

    Weight : 163
    Height: same
    Arms : R 14 1/4 L 14

    my Split is now
    Chest/Delts
    Legs
    Off
    Arms
    Back
    Off Repeat Abs every third day

    eating about 200 g of protein/day with about double that in carbs and abuot the same in fats
    Excersises such as deadlifts and squats where I used to belackin seem to be increasing with great ease, ANy comments/suggestions or critique welcome.
