Creatamax extreme

Hey guys I bought creatamax extreme today(Im 18 by the way).I used maximuscle portein before and it did not help me build leane muscle i want and did not help my fitness on the football field and did not help me recover.I had a good hard session tonight in the gym and have had createmax extreme straight after tainging and feel the muscle repairing already does anyone use creatamax and how good is it?For a footballer and for a person who wants to build muscle do u think creatamax extreme is the right way about going about it?I have a good diet by the way.

im not against supplements at all mate as i use creatine myself, but theyre there to fill a gap not a great big hole. You say you have a good diet but ive yet to see it, footballers need plenty of carbs pre and post match also having 20 pints every weekend will hinder your progress in making gains quite substantially. So stop being c0cky and lets see what you call a good diet . I only say this because you never did it last time either when i asked, creatine will not help you in the gym if your diet is totally unsuitable, the only hting youll gain is water weight generally
