Creatine Ethyl Ester OR Tricreatine Malate?

CEE OR San nutritions v12 turbo

Both of these you do not hold any water retention,

What are your thoughts as to which one is the best?

i would go for the cee, you need less for a better effect-works out a LOT cheaper if you buy the raw powder-but there are plenty of cee formulas out there too such as 'Thermolife xplode reload'

I've been using cee for a while now and will stick with it.I must say though I tried v12 turbo a while back and was very impressed with it.Not quite the "everlasting pumps" it says in the adverts but good stuff nevertheless. One of the main reasons cee wins for me is the price difference. They cant compare on that front. If money was no object I'd use v12 a lot more though.
