Creatine + Maltodextrin?? Morning, or at night?

Easy one - opinions... when is it best to take Creatine? Morning, or night? I have been taking the following PWO shake (around 9pm)--> 3 scoops whey, 2 scoops Maltodextrin, 5g creatine.

Would I be better taking that shake in the morning? or is night after workout the best time? Or does it not matter?

cheers in advance!

Maltodextrin, after workout only.

Creatine, personally i would take it everyday in your morning shake as there are no benefits to consuming creatine post workout.

Do you mean no more of a benefit to taking creatine post workout as compared to pre?

Or are you independently trying to infer there is no benefit at all from taking creatine post workout?

I was under the belief that once you're saturated, it doesnt make a difference to take creatine pre or post workout.

Suggesting that if you are going to consume 5g of mono, consuming it after workout is no more beneficial as consuming it in the morning.

If you're adding fast carbs in your PWO shake (ie malto in your case), then add creatine to it, as it has been shown that it increases (its already good) absorption a bit. In non workout days (when I assume you have no fast acting carbs), then take it whenever you wish. In all honesty, since in workout days you have a PWO shake anyway, there's absolutely no reason why you should take it another time

As has been suggested take whenever. If your training in the day and you take it after a decent meal you'll be doing all you can to cause the most rapid rise to peak creatine.

Personally I don't take it every day, after I have loaded. I normally take it every other day (on training days and 1 more atm).
