Creatine Monohydrate Powder

Opened my box of nice Whey Consortium Unflavoured last week (cheers Steve) to find i've know got a 500g tub of Creatine Monohydrate, and I intend to start using this when i start my bulking cycle in 3 weeks or so.

Spent the afternoon reading the links on MT about creatine and whatnot, and have used those Holland and Barrett creatine capules a couple of years ago, just by following the guidlines on the back of the tub.

But never used the powder before. Been reading that some people have it in morning and at night or PWO (with dextose

Is it necessary to load as such or just take the same amount all the time??

Just after some guidlance from you guys really.

If I follow the amounts on the Creatine Post in "articles" will that do me?

Rodge.

ok fair enough so if i follow the guidance in the creatine monohydrate article with respect to loading etc. have 5g first think in morning with whey and 5g with whey and simple carbs (going to introduce these again pwo) this would be a good place to start???
