OK assume I am taking CEE. Now if I take this in the morning and train in the evening will my body use up the CEE by the time I train. I mean it will have access to quick refuelling. So if climb a steep set of stairs surely the CEE will be getting used up ?

I was always of the opinion it was best taken within an hour or so of workout. Don't know where I got that from though!! To be honest, it's cell volumising aspect is probably helpful all round the clock, so splitting dose may be in best interest anyway.
