Creatine for PCT
I'm coming off a 6.5 week AAS cutting cycle, and want to use creatine to hold gains when in PCT.
I have a load left in the cupboard, trouble is that it is in an unlabelled box. Some of it came from myprotien, who suggest 20mg week loading, some was older, but I forget where from - but says to have 5 heaped tea spoons for loading on the box. All mixed together - doh! But best to use it all up I guess.
I was going to have loads, but you guys said it woud be overkill and to be sensible. (the MT creatine FAQ says to load at 10mg for 1 week, then taper off for 2 weeks - but I unfortuntely don't have enough time for 2 weeks loading, and most other references say 20mg ed for loading).
I also have a 5ml scoop in there, I was thinking of loading, like they suggest, for 1 week at 20g. ... and what I can remember from my last course when instructions were on packet ......
So based on a 20mg ed loading, then 2-5g a day
Would 4x5ml scoops daily loading be around 20g ed?
Would then 1x5ml scoop a day be a good dosage for PCT?
Basically is a 5ml scoop around 5g, and is 20mg ed then 5mg ed OK?
