Creatine gains in different individuals

Over the past few years i've tried most forms of creatine that i know of-Mono,ethyl ester,serum,etc,etc..All different brands too in case there was a difference in quality.

I got nothing from it at all-No changes in size, strength, recovery that many users report.

After reading some of the reviews on here about Green Magnitude,i decided to give it a try...Again,no difference at all.

Are some people just "immune" to it?.....

Or does anyone know of any do's and don'ts when it comes to taking it?

I honestly think its all a load of bullsh*t to be honest. (what people report).

Good training and diet seems to do way more. These supplements just seem to help slightly IMO.

The only major gains i've witnessed, are from friends who took a d-bol cycle. Maybe very bad for you, but you cant argue with the gains.

From personal experience ive used mono powder, cee caps, kre alkalyn powder without any gains, but green mag and size on worked for me, with green mag i had serious gains in strength, size on gave me a rep or too.

Im sure its possible you just may not respond to any creatines but i kept going until i found ones that work for me, as creatine is a very useful supplement imho.
