Creatine

Guys,

Looking to bulk up and currently am taking a protein supplement.  Im also eating between 4-6 meals a day (and when i can't hit 6 meals a day, i always eat at least 4 and then have two meal replacement shakes).

My question: Is it worth taking creatine as well?  I keep reading varying reports on Creatine use, and am unsure whether it is the way to go?

Cheers,
Matt

How  long have you been training for? and are you still gaining?

I do a lot of push ups and sit ups. And I drink plenty of milk.

Have a read of this article here and you can decide if you want to try it.  If you have a good diet already, it would be worth a try to see how you get on.

If you've got a decent diet sorted, you could give it a try. If you get it from a Bulk company, (myprotein, all in 1, ect) Creatine works out very cheap, so, if you don't like/respond to it, it won't be a huge waste of money.
