Creatine

Thinking about buying it.
Is it ok to take it with whey and meals or should you take it seperately?
Anyone recommend any brands?

Yep brillaint product although I have opted to use CEE as much better. No probs with taking whey with it what so ever. I take mine with my shake for ease of use.

EDIT: Taz - please refrain from suggesting your 'personalised' code - this goes against the ethos of MT
