You need to decide to bulk or cut mate. At 11 stone, unless you're really short, I expect your BF is quite low. So maybe a bulk first. It's debateable which is best, I'm cutting first ... but then I was 26% (now 15.5%) ... and have gained a lot of muscle in the mean time.
If you bulk, and eat above maintenance just monitor what heppens. If you put on too much, cut back on food slightly. Don't worry about putting on weight or it will not work. Just eat clean, ahve LOTS of protein throughout the day.
Posta diet on the diet forum and people will review (I'm not the man for that). Post your routne on the routine forum and people will help there.
Just 'cos you're gonna bulk doesn't mean you're gonna get fat, half the people on this forum will be bulking! Just like a cut doesn;t result in muscle loss if done properly.
Post things up and take it from there .... it's a long road, but worth everything when you get comments and look in a mirror. yesterday a mate saw me in a vest and all he could say was "f**k", and I'm not big ... worth all the effort IMO.
