Don't expect too much from Creatine. For some it does nothing; for others it provides a slight performance increase thereby giving you the opportunity of using more weight/reps - in theory this should lead to extra growth.

This article covers everything about it:

All creatine does as PartyBoy says is give you a bit more strength. Allows you to force out another couple of reps.

Whey is good as you need protien to get big, but it's a suppliment.

A good diet (eat big, eat clean) and training regieme is all you need.

No suppliment, not even steriods will make you big. You need to geta good diet and training plan first, then use suppliments to make that extra little difference.

Decide whether to cut (lose BF and try and retain muscle) or bulk (put on muscle and maybe a little fat), get your diet sorted, get a good routine, then base things from there.

You need to decide to bulk or cut mate. At 11 stone, unless you're really short, I expect your BF is quite low. So maybe a bulk first. It's debateable which is best, I'm cutting first ... but then I was 26% (now 15.5%) ... and have gained a lot of muscle in the mean time.

If you bulk, and eat above maintenance just monitor what heppens. If you put on too much, cut back on food slightly. Don't worry about putting on weight or it will not work. Just eat clean, ahve LOTS of protein throughout the day.

Posta diet on the diet forum and people will review (I'm not the man for that). Post your routne on the routine forum and people will help there.

Just 'cos you're gonna bulk doesn't mean you're gonna get fat, half the people on this forum will be bulking! Just like a cut doesn;t result in muscle loss if done properly.

Post things up and take it from there .... it's a long road, but worth everything when you get comments and look in a mirror. yesterday a mate saw me in a vest and all he could say was "f**k", and I'm not big ... worth all the effort IMO.

    Good luck

    Thankyou
I think I would prefer to cut whilst gaining a bit of muscle exactly what you have done? Could you help me with a diet for the cutting? ie cals needed and grams of P,F and carb? I would greatly appreciate that Im 5 foot 9 I am so im not too small I dont have too much bodyfat but would love to tighten up and become more defined.

Best to post it up for all to see - I'm not an expert.

My diet, AAS cycle (suggest you do it naturally first), routine, cardio etc etc is all in my progress journal below mate - but remember that this is working for ME, yours will be different. Also read the lot before making any plans as my routine, diet and regieme has evolved during the last few motnhs ... as should yours.
