Creatine monohydrate - Creatine Noob!
Hi, thinking about getting some creatine for a little mass gaining.
im working out 2 muscle groups a day in my workout usually chest - tris, back - bi's, shoulders - legs, cardio fridays.
my goals are to gain strength with some muscle mass, also to trim a little fat from mid-section. i know its not reccomended to gain mass while stripping fat but i want the lean look and ive gained weight and mass with losing a little fat but i want to gain more muscle mass now. looking for some size around the arms and back.
What does creatine actually do and will it be worthwhile me taking it.
