Creatine question...

maybe a stupid question, i dont know! but is it possible for creatine to have any effect without actually feeling anything(i.e, people talk of better pumps etc)...i have been taking CEE for about 3 months now, but its hard to tell whether it makes any difference as i push my self all the time..(apologies if this makes no sense)

Yes possible though you would perhaps notice some bodyweight increase upon starting supplementation.

That said, its also possible to get nothing at all from creatine.
