maybe a stupid question, i dont know! but is it possible for creatine to have any effect without actually feeling anything(i.e, people talk of better pumps etc)...i have been taking CEE for about 3 months now, but its hard to tell whether it makes any difference as i push my self all the time..(apologies if this makes no sense)
