Creatine side effects

Hi guys,

Yes , I add creatine into my pre-workout shake and I do feel stronger and it works. But I have noticed when I stop taking creatine feel weak and gains seem to waste. I also notice I start to put weight on too.

I was wondering is Creatine a waste ? Because when I stop using creatine I feel week and gains gradually decline.

So basically you have to stay on it? Help

it's cheap & safe enough to use every day - 5g at any time of the day, every day. no need to cycle it or anything else.

how long after stopping taking creatine are you experiencing these 'sides'?

By that logic you could say food is a waste too.
Obviously you won't get the benefits of supplementing creatine if you are not on it. Creatine of all the supps out there is tried & trusted and dirt cheap imo. So a waste, it certainly is not.

Haven`t heard of this before: sounds psychosomatic to me.

Ignorance: Reassuringly Expensive.

Sounds odd to me, but yes if you stop supplementing with creatine in about a month your creatine stores will return to normal. So the small performance edge you get with it will go.

You certanly shouldnt be 'weak' after use or gain weight. No logical physiological mechanism for that to happen.

Don't underestimate nitro tech gains.

If you love something let it go,if it comes back to you it's yours,if it doesn't it never was.

Yeah, its in your head pal.
Creatine is good, but not to the level you're attributing gains etc too.

Id say its a plasebo effect mate, Its like saying you cant train properly without a pre workout.

5g per day will help in the long term but you shouldnt lose gains and strength that quickly.

If you feel like you need it then just stick to the daily dose and dont cycle off it
