Creatine & whey

Im 23, 13 1/2 stone, medium build, i train 3 times a week for about 1 hour.

I have just started training again and was wondering, i have bought some Whey powder and wondered how often
and when i should take it as i dont wasnt it to pile loads of weight on me.

Also with Creatine tables it says 3 before training and 3 after training, should i not take them on the days where i dont train.

The most important time you want to take whey is right after workout with water. Every other times of the day, with milk.

Theres a lot that take 1 scoop with breakfast and 1 before bed. You wont but on alot just from protein shakes unless its a weight gainer.

Creatine wise, you wanna take it on off days to keep your muscles saturated.

Would you recomend anything else to take. there seems to be a million and one things on the market.

Yeah the supp industry is flooded with products.

The powder works out cheaper and if its monohydrate, the only reason to buy capsuls is convience.

Besides whey and creatine, you need fish oil (take 2000mg a day) and a solid multi-vitamin. I recommend NOW EcoGreen, NOW Vit-Min 100 or Optimum Opti-Men.

Fish oil wise, any will do.
