Doesnt look like a lot of food, especially for a bulking diet.

Apart from the last meal, lack of EFA's.

    Lack of fibrous carbs.

Not enough protein for the first 1 and 2 meals.

Solid proteins - chicken, turkey, quark, cottage cheese, fish, etc...

EFAs - flax oil, seeds, nuts, oily fish, etc...

Fibrous carbs - cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, etc...

Add more protein to meals 1 and 2.

Up portion size in all meals to bump up calories for your bulk.

Add EFA's to morning meals in small amounts, nuts, seeds, healthy oils, etc...

Up fibrous carbs intake from veg during meals except PWO.

Use this mate for pre workout, looks better quality, post workout looks good though.

meal 1, 7.30: whey shake, 40g whey protein and 80 grams porridge oats in semi skimmed milk.

meal 2, 10.30: can of tuna with sweetcorn and low fat mayonaise and 2 wholemeal pitta's

meal 3, 1.30: 7 egg whites 3 yolks omellette, 4 slices granary bread and butter
