Monday: Legs
Squat 4x6
Stiff Legged Deads 3x8
Leg Press 3x8
Leg Curls 3x8
Calf Raises 3x12

Tuesday: Off

Wednesday: Chest/Shoulders/Tri's
Flat Bench 4x6
Incline Bench 3x8
Weighted Dips 3x8
Military Press 3x8
Close Grip Bench 3x8
Skullcrushers 3x8

Thursday: Off

Friday: Back/Traps/Bi's
Deadlifts 4x6
Wide Grip Pullups(weighted) 2x8
Close Grip Chins(weighted) 2x8
One arm DB row 3x8
Barbell Shrugs 3x8
Barbell Curls 3x8

    look good for a classic mass builder mate.
    i guess your aim is muscle mass. the only thing i would add is alternate d- bell curls.

    I think it looks fine. As long as you eat plenty you should keep making good gains for a while though you might find that if you are doing chest/delts and Tricep same day then you might want to drop a couple of tricep sets or one of the tricep exercises as they will be hit hard by every exercise that day that you do before them.
