Critique cutting diet

Would some of you guys be able to please critique my cutting diet.

I have never done a cut before and am planning on doing a short 4 week cut just to lose a little bit of unwanted fat. I am 20 years old, 5"11 and weigh 80KG's. I bulked up from 70KG's last year and before I start bulking again I would just like to lose a little bit.

Supplements: 6 omega-3 caps for EFA's and a multivitamin with my pre-bed meal.

Pre workout meal is the Afternoon Snack and PWO meal will be Dinner.

Thanks a lot :)

Ya reckon? At the moment Im doing a slow bulk at ~350g carbs/3200cal a day.

Just add in extra some extra carbs in every meal?

Just realised my PPWO meal (dinner) seems a little low on carbs. Maybe up it to about ~40g carbs which will take my total up to ~170g?

    Keep it simple then.

Dont rejig your whole diet  just yet, keep yoru bulking diet as it is and introduce cardio. Assess progress and then drop portion sizes a little until you lose BF.

    Rinse. Repeat.

The thing is that I want to have a mini cut for now as I am planning on running a four week havoc cycle in 3 weeks. I have started my cut today. Not fussed about losing lots but just a little bit. Plus it will be good experience to see how to adjust my diet next time I cut as I have never cut before.
