Critique lean bulk diet please?


Stats: 22 years, 5ft 7, 67kg want to get to 80 kg lean.


Meal 1: 75gms Oats, 2 Whole Eggs, 4 Egg Whites, small glass of fruit juice, veg
Meal 2: 1 MRP and 100g chicken, salad
Meal 3: 100g sweet potato, 130g tuna, tbsp linseeds, veg
Meal 4: 100gms Brown Rice, 130gms Chicken Breast, Vegetables
Train
PWO- 30g whey, 60g oats
Meal 5: 130g lean steak, 75g brown rice/ sweet potato, loads of veg, 1 banana
Meal 6: 4 egg whites, 2 whole, flax oil

    Whole diet seems low in carbs in general IMO, especially for a bulk.

    apart from the carbs how is it looking? the carbs come from oats, potatoes, mrp etc. Might add some almond nuts!

    Looks pretty good mate, I would drop the MRP in meal 2 and add some carbs through wholemeal pasta/rice and also add some efa's

    also might wanna up the protein in your last meal just a bit.

    Obviously i will put on fat but i would like to keep it to a minimal as much as i could, i know its a lengthy process. Just would like the right track to follow and thought if i post my diet maybe i can get some help from the more experienced people.

    Just stick with it mate, it varies from person to person but if u wanna "lean bulk" aim for 2 pounds a month max really.
