Looks to be a lot of liquid calories in there.

As Mick says, no sign of healthy fats of EFAs either...

No veggies, are you alergic to them?

Once youve made the changes try it for 1-2 weeks, monitoring weight and how you both feel(energy wise, hunger wise) and look in the mirror.
Cut portions a bit if you gain to fast, increase if too slow.

Because gaining to much weight to fast would be a sign of fat gain, according to real life results and some science its estimated .5lb/week is a rough maximum muscle gain we natural bodybuilders can attain.

Anything more than this is going straight to those wobberly bits, you can inflate over night(a bit like michilin man). I'd recommend deep fried mars bars, kebabs, mac donalds, nuts, lard, greesy fry ups and numerous other calorie dense foods for that.

lol mmmm lard, delicious.. but on a serious note i understand your point, i will be supplementing with creatine so .5/lb per week is low ballin (nd i know that creatine gives you water weight gain)
