Critique my cut Diet

Im 6'2 230, I weighed about 205 5 months gao till my gf got pregnant,lol

Ill be on an ECA stack for the next 3 months or so. Any comments on my diet plz?

I will be taking 10 grms. Creatine and 5 grms. Glutamine post work, with 15 grams of sugar and 50 grams Whey shake. Then I do 30 min Cardio, then I take an additional 20 grams Whey and 5 grams sugar.

Im doing about 2,000 cals day 5 meals, With 180 grams protein, 75 grams good carbs and 20 grams of sugar a day.(only after workouts)


I eat every 2-3 hours about 250-350 cals a meal.

Breakfast -Wheat Bread Egg Whites COttage Cheese Apple Sauce

Lunch Protein Bar ,Whey Water

3rd- Chicken Breast Turkey Breast on Wheat

4- Chicken Breast Veggatbles, cup brown rice

5- Whey and Water

    Breakfast is Vitamins, ECA, atc atc

    20 grams oat, 15g Protein COttage Cheese, Apple sauce

    Protein Bar, Whey and Water 35 grams protein

    Chicken Breast and Wheat Bread

    Proetin Bar, Peanuts, Whey water

    Chicken Breast, Veggies, Salad

    about 2,000 cals, 150 gr Protein

    There is a lack of fat, fibrous veg and fruit, and "non-supplemental" food.

    When do you train? Where's the pre/post workout nutrition?

    Lose the sugar pwo in my opinion. It's not needed on the cut. I think you'd be better off with more carbs spread out throughout the day.
