Critique my diet please.

This is my training day diet, bulking. I'm aiming for P:250, C:350 and F:65 and 3000 cals. Figures don't include hidden calories and sauces. Obviously I won't be eating the same thing everyday either, I have alternative meals with similar figures. This is just a base. Is it any good? Apologies for the formatting.

    looks ok, but i cant stand figures personally. If you arent gaining 2-3lbs a month then up the portion sizes slightly, if youre gaining too much, drop them slightly

    i think personally drop protein to 200 and up fats to 85

    up the fibrous veggies as well and dont be so clinical about the whole BB'ing, itll bore you to tears
