Critique my routine please

Hi, I train at home and I’ve been on the same routine for well over 3 months now so it’s long overdue.  Still only a beginner, can people let us know what needs changing. All the exercises are 3 sets of 10.
Legs + Shoulders
Squats
SLDL
Calf Raises
Seated Shoulder Press
Front Dumbell Raise
Reverse Flyes
 
Chest + Triceps
Incline Dumbell Flyes
Decline Bench Press
Flat Dumbell Press
Skulls
Standing Tricep Ext.
 
Back + Biceps
Deadlift
One-arm long bar row
Bent arm Barbell Pullover
Dumbell Bicep Curl
Preacher Curl
Behind back Wrist Curl

    try a push/pull/legs and alternate light/medium/heavy rep schemes.
     
    so week 1 -6-8 reps
    week 2 8-12 reps
    week 3 - 13-15 reps
     
    REPEAT
     
    Exercise wise try something along the lines of:
     
    Push
    Bench Press
    OHP
    Dips
    Skull crushers 
     
    Pull
    Deadlifts
    Rows
    Pull ups
    Curls
     
    Legs
    Squats
    SLDL
    lunges
    calf raise

    Problem I have with that push/pull/legs routine is I train at home and I don't have a dip/chin station.
