Critique of cutting diet please

Trying to lose bodyfat but also want to increase muscle size, can someone critique please

Wake: fat burner
1 scoop of whey in water
20-30 minutes swimming

Oats in skimmed milk, 4 egg whites

11:00am - low carb protein bar or protein shake with macadameia oil, 25g nuts

13:30-14:00 - protein shake

17:00 - 200g chicken breast or tuna in wholemeal pitta, salad etc

training

PWO - 1 scoop of whey and creatine in water

20:00 - 75g basmati rice, 200g chicken/tuna etc, vegetables

21:30-22:00 - tuna

    what environment are you going to create to achieve this?

    carb cycling? AAS? newbie honeymoon period?

    ok will read the link thanks for that.
    im on a newbie honeymoon period, plus i do swimming every morning, plus HIIT cardio on alternate days, running, and then rowing also
