Critique routine please

Here is my current routine, looking to add some strength and a little size while working out Mon-Fri.

3x Flat Barbell Bench Press
3x Incline Dumbbell Bench Press
3x Flat Flyes
3x DB Shoulder Press
3x Push Press
3x Skullcrushers
3x Cable Pushdowns

3x BB Row
3x Wide Grip Pulldowns
3x Seated Pulley
3x Bicep BB Curl
3x Alternate DB Curl
3x BB Shrug

4x Squat
3x Leg Ext
3x Hamstring Curls
3x Calf Raises
3x Roman Chair Situp
3x Bench Knee Tucks
3x Cable Crunch

-same as Mon

-same as Tues

Been doing this routine for a couple of weeks, body seems to be responding well. Each routine takes me less than an hour to complete and that is what I am shooting for. Any advice would be appreciated.

    You have a basic idea, but your still way off. Instead of me constantly listing routines, which is what I usually do but I'm sorta lazy heh. Goto the begginers section and check out cashmans routine. The problem with your routine is it's fairly high volume, more then once a week, and you don't deadlift for some bizzare reason heh.

    Once you've checked out cashmans routine go look at Frankies. That will give you 2 great routines that you can either do or use as a bas eto your routine. Honestly what you have there will not add much mass.
