RE: Critique routine please
You have a basic idea, but your still way off. Instead of me constantly listing routines, which is what I usually do but I'm sorta lazy heh. Goto the begginers section and check out cashmans routine. The problem with your routine is it's fairly high volume, more then once a week, and you don't deadlift for some bizzare reason heh.
Once you've checked out cashmans routine go look at Frankies. That will give you 2 great routines that you can either do or use as a bas eto your routine. Honestly what you have there will not add much mass.
