Critique/help on goal..

sup fellas,

this post may be a bit lengthy, but for those who have the knowledge i would appreciate it.

At my true weight im about 170 lbs (no training, nothing). Currently ive worked my way up to 180lbs. A few years back i weighed 200 lbs and was in my best shape ever. Back then i took cell tech, and nitro tech, had a good diet and worked out dilegently. Eventualy i had a few things change in my life and stopped training. Needless to say the weight went away.

My goal now is to once again weigh 200 lbs. Ive only been back in the gym for about 2 months and gained back 10 pounds. During this time ive taken No-Xplode before workouts and kept a steady protein diet. But this coming month i plan to really get down to it. The new supplement plan:

1: BSN Mass stack ( nitrix, cell mass, no-xplode)
2: Muscle milk protein (shake in morning and night)
3: 100% whey protein (shake after workout)
4: daily mens vitamin (morning and night)

My questions to anyone who is willing to answer are...

1 What do you think of the supplements i have chosen? In combination will it get me to my goal as fast as possible or am i missing something?

2 By nature im a health freak. I like to eat healthy foods, non fattening foods, low sugars, carbs etc... But the people around me keep telling me i need to throw that out the window. I need to eat anything and everything all the time to gain that weight back. Is this true? Also should i eliminate cardio from my workouts?

thanks to anyone who took the time to read this. i look forward to any response.

how much does the BSN set you back?

You do have to eat big to get big, dont relly on those whey shakes for your protein, have them alongside steak, tuna, turkey, chicken etc.

Sod-"bulking" keep it clean just eat more of it.

Do your cardio, the better state you CV system is in the faster you will build muscle-provided you eat even more!! You will also be fit, bonus! If money is not a problem(it doesnt look like it) throw in some peptide bonded glutamine for pre-CV muslce maintenace. Dont panic tho CV catabolism is vastly over exagerated in most cases.

hmm the bsn stack sets me back about 90$ for all three. Im not sure but is that a decent price?

I guess ill just stuff my face as much and as often as i can. Of course of the healthy food options like tuna chicken etc..

thanks for the input on the cardio, ill look into the bonded glutamine.

    thanks blean
