Crushing Grip Idea

How about punching holes in different stacks of paper with one of those hand held hole punchers?

Hole punchers? I think you would quickly outgrow those bro! And what about all the paper, that's not free.

You can do grip work with just your basic dumbells if money is tight. CoC grippers don't use thumbs much, so if you want to improve your finger strength one exercise is "finger curls". I don't know what they're actually called but that's what I call them. Just roll the dumbell down your fingers until they are almost at full stretch and you're holding on to the dbells with just your finger tips. Then use finger strength to bring the dbell up into your palm again. 5 reps.

Another easy way to help crushing grip is just get a ball like a tough rubber dog's ball, and crush the hell out of it. You can use anything for this, things with a bit of give in them are best of course, but anything will do. Just crush them all!

seriously u dont need CoCs to train grip get a small ball fill it up with water(so its like a medicine ball but much cheaper)so u can fill it up with as much water as want- the more water the harder it becomes- then jus try an grip it for as long as u can. Static holds are pretty good, farmers walks, and if ur chinning station is high enough gorilla hangs where u basically hang from a chinning station using one hand.

tomrob, for strength 100 reps is a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. You need to be working in the range of about 3-10. No offense, but throw them in the bin and do some static holds, aim for a weight that you can hold for 10-30 seconds.

I'm not doing them for strength at the mo, I'm doing endurance. My forearms always tire before my biceps when curling. I'm hoping this will help them "last" longer
