Cucumba's Cardio Ripped (hopefully) journal
After being a lurker, and troll... I've decided its time to get a journal on the go...
I'm 23 in august.
My aim: I am currently saving to go to thailand, for a year to go to a muay thai training camp to train twice a day 6 days a week
I want to look like floyd here before I set off
I am waiting on a data cable off ebay to arrive for my k810i to take current pics of myselfe, which will be added before the end of the week...
Run 4-6 miles 3 days a week, mon, wed, fri.... sometimes sunday
Joining a local gym to work all muscles in my body, in the next fortnight, (going to see which ones best)
Eat tons and tons of my protein instant milk delicious servings
, lots of porridge, rice, pasta, omega fish oil caps, vit D (1000mg day) and co-enzyme q10 (60mg day) fruit and salad.... exact diet will be added in the coming days.
