Cucumba's Cardio Ripped (hopefully) journal

After being a lurker, and troll... I've decided its time to get a journal on the go...

I'm 23 in august.
My aim: I am currently saving to go to thailand, for a year to go to a muay thai training camp to train twice a day 6 days a week
I want to look like floyd here before I set off
I am waiting on a data cable off ebay to arrive for my k810i to take current pics of myselfe, which will be added before the end of the week...

Run 4-6 miles 3 days a week, mon, wed, fri.... sometimes sunday
Joining a local gym to work all muscles in my body, in the next fortnight, (going to see which ones best)
Eat tons and tons of my protein instant milk delicious servings , lots of porridge, rice, pasta, omega fish oil caps, vit D (1000mg day) and co-enzyme q10 (60mg day) fruit and salad.... exact diet will be added in the coming days.

Pics and more info added in the coming days.... wanted to post this to make sure I do start this mission...
floyd mayweather , the fittest guy in the world
