i am trying to reduce bodyfat and produce some lean gains, tighting up for my holiday.
I am currently just about to start wk 6, i have had good strenght gains from this cycle and my body is looking meaner and leaner so i am happy with it in that regard just need to keep the diet clean. i tend to cheat ocassionaly.
i went through a period from wk 3 were my sex drive was very high. but recently this has reduced and i am becoming very moody. my gains in the gym are still increasing and my physique is looking better so i am ok that way. but the mood swings i am getting are becoming silly. i am getting paroniod, short fused and getting called a miserable so and so by my friends.
i was thinking of mybe adding in some proviron but was just wondering if it was to late in the cycle to add it.
