Customer Service

EDIT - Wrong forum... MOD please move to the supps

Hi Guys...

I won't mention names (I may get wrong )

Here's the story....

If you ordered 5kg of 'a product' and you paid extra for that product

to be flavoured and sweetened...

Then the goods arrive and the product has not the extras

that you have paid for....(no sweeteners or flavouring)

So I contacted the company in question and now I (the customer)

am incovenienced while this company determines whether or not

there is any flavouring in it...

So in short - I'm expected to send a sample to the supplier and

wait for them to decide whether or not they agree with me....

Then they 'may' collect the faulty product and put some

flavouring in...

I'm normally a easy going guy... this is making my blood boil

Your thoughts please??

Does the flavouring add colour? If so, take a pic and send it..

I think it's disgusting mate - if a company screws up I expect them to go to all lengths to rectify it. In return they have my complete loyalty.

I recetnly had a slight problem with the guys I got my liv-52s from. now I really needed the meds - phoned them and they were brilliant, offered to send more out and were generally very helpful. Now I'll never use another supplier.

That's amazing Mick. Customer service is key to business.

    I'd find another supplier asap.

email me with the company name - I hope I don't use them.

    I know mate...

I think they get the business far to easy TBH...

From now on when people ask me for a

recommendation on a supps company, it

    certainly won't be these.

    I don't want this thread locking... so I can't

    mention the companies name mate....

If you have requested a certain product you should get it.

    No excuses.

Take your business elsewhere mate, plenty of other competitors.

    they should

remake your "correct" order, post it out to you and collect the "wrong" order while delivering

    ..

That's what my initial request was

As before though... they don't seem bothered...

and said 'Mistakes happen' I can appreciate this

but why should their customers have to suffer because

    of their mistake IMO

Mick, you've ordered exactly the same product several times and are a regular customer, yet this time you claim that the product which was delivered is NOT that product which you usually get and you ordered ? And the vendor does not believe you and is asking you to send a sample for them to test ? And in the meantime you're probably running out ?

I'd say there shouldn't be a reason why you can't name the company on here. As far as I can tell the mods are only concerned that users contact the suppliers directly to get their problems solved. You've done that as far as I can see and not getting a satisfactory response. Call them out.

    NR - that's right mate

Only difference in order may be flavour...

Sometimes Strawberry sometimes Choc. etc... always with the same sweetener...

At the moment I'm continuing to use the product without the 'extras'

Should I name the company MOD's??

it just seems incredible that they would doubt you now after doing business with them before. If you were a first time customer I could understand their reaction somewhat, but definately not a returning customer. It's a cheek imo.

In my opinion, it is similar with anything that you buy, you want reviews, of which companies/products are good, which ones you recommend, and which ones have potentially let you down.

I dont see how or why it should differ if it is a supplement company.
